PEER EDUCATOR
Eddy first learned about wounded Healers while a student in high school. He participated in a school club training on sexual violence awareness and prevention provided by WH. He was shocked to see the sexual violence statistics and learned how sexual grooming happens, which was normal behavior in his community. He made it his mission to create more awareness, prevention, and understanding that foster mutual respect among boys and girls.
He started involving boys in soccer and teaching them about sexual violence. Eddy works with the prevention coordinator to implement a high school sexual violence prevention curriculum.
