James N. Mbugua is a highly motivated Counselling Psychologist, trainer, conflict manager and motivation speaker. He is also a University Lecturer and an ordained Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK) Church Minister.
Mbugua has international accreditation in the area of Alcohol and Drug Abuse from Colombo. He has taught at several Universities and tertiary Colleges and contributed in the area of curriculum development. Mbugua is a visionary and quick to identify solutions to problems to enhance value addition. He aspires to enhance staff motivation individually and as a team towards
organizational objectives with an eye for thoroughness and attention to details. Mbugua has excellent writing skills and welcome challenges.
Mbugua is a hand on public speaker, Addiction Counsellor,
therapist for individual and group clients on diverse issues and a facilitator of training workshops. Mbugua is a highly proficient Counselling Psychologist and accredited Counsellor
Supervisor (KCPA) who works for the best interests of his employers and clients adding value in assigned duties while pursuing self-improvement geared to the fulfillment of the corporate and individual goals.
