Alfine Nathalie

Maine Project Manager

A lifelong student of the mind-body-spirit connection, she approaches yoga as a transformative practice that fosters healing, empowerment, and resilience. Rooted in accessibility and inclusivity, her work creates nurturing spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, and find an internal center-peace that supports them through life’s challenges.

In June 2024, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Portland Yoga Project, where she deepened her understanding of yoga beyond movement—engaging in critical discussions on anti-racism, decolonization practices, and queer competency. These teachings shape her approach, ensuring that her classes honor diverse lived experiences and uphold WHI’s mission of disrupting harmful systems and fostering collective healing.

Her practice encourages curiosity, self-empowerment, and restorative self-talk, guiding students to embrace movement that feels authentic, grounding, and sustainable for their unique bodies. She hopes each class leaves participants feeling rooted in their strength, connected to their inner wisdom, and supported on their healing journey
