Survivor-Led · Trauma-Informed · Culturally Rooted
A confidential, trauma-informed support group created for African women who have experienced sexual violence — whether living on the African continent or in the diaspora. This circle offers a gentle, culturally grounded space to breathe, connect, and heal in community.
We gather once a month — a consistent, safe space you can count on. No preparation needed. Come as you are.
To protect everyone’s confidentiality, the Zoom link is not public. Each participant registers through a private form and is approved individually before receiving the link.
What Happens in the Circle
A safe, private, and supportive environment where confidentiality is protected. The Zoom link is shared only after individual approval.
Each session begins with gentle grounding and mindfulness practices to help you arrive, breathe, and feel present in your body.
Sharing is always optional. You can listen, be present, and receive support without saying a word. Cameras are optional too.
Facilitation is designed specifically for African women worldwide — honoring cultural context, language, and the shared experiences of our community.
To protect everyone’s confidentiality, the Zoom link for the Healing Circle is never made public. Each person who registers goes through an individual approval process before receiving the private meeting link.
This is not a public event. It is a closed, protected space — created with care, for women who deserve care.
